1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Remote Software Career Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

2. Program Nature

This is a recorded educational program focused on software career skills, practical development workflows, digital marketing fundamentals, lead generation, client communication, proposal creation, and related professional work habits.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access if account misuse, false information, abuse, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

4. Access and Payment

Indian students pay ₹999 through UPI. International students pay USD $12 through PayPal manually. Course access is activated after manual payment verification. Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of this program offering, subject to these Terms and continued availability of the service.

5. No Job, Income, Client, or Result Guarantee

The program provides learning material and practical guidance. We do not guarantee a job, internship, freelance project, client, income, placement, business result, interview call, or any specific career outcome.

6. Personal Support

Unlimited personal doubt resolution, one-to-one mentoring, private project review, placement support, and custom consulting are not included in the program fee. The program includes a free group question-and-answer session every week; session details are shared with enrolled learners. Approved students may request a separate paid 30-minute one-to-one support call for ₹999, covering up to 5 questions or 2 major questions, if this offering is available. Payment and scheduling are handled manually after inquiry and payment proof verification.

7. Content Ownership and Usage

All course videos, text, resources, platform design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Rivaan Indian Pacific Pvt. Ltd.. You may use the content only for your personal learning. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, record, publicly share, or commercially exploit the content.

8. Account Sharing and Video Security

Access is for one registered user only. Sharing login credentials, sharing private video links, screen recording, downloading, or bypassing access controls is prohibited. We may revoke access without refund for such misuse.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, security updates, or third-party service interruptions.

10. Changes to Program or Terms

We may update lessons, resources, pricing, policies, or platform features from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised update date.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to this program is limited to the amount paid by you for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.
